Model Framework for Consumer Protection and Crypto-Exchanges Regulation

Abstract: Cross-border insolvency of crypto-exchanges, cyber-risks, transnational character of activities with cryptocurrencies, and financial frauds on the Internet are among the key threats for individuals who use Bitcoin as an investment.
