Model of Effecient Leadership

Abstract: Thus, in studying this problem, we have identified the following approaches to nominating a person to a leader-chief position, which are the basis of a model of efficient leadership and can become a methodological basis for revealing, formation and development of leadership potential while training at a university, namely: personal and reflexive, cognitive and professional, values and motivational, behavioral (organizational and managerial), emotional, communicative.
