Model of governance for an urban mangrove in a context of ungovernability and social exclusion

Abstract: A governance model called Triad is proposed according with the results of an integrated assessment of the urban mangrove ecosystem located along the waterways in the city of Cartagena de Indias, Colombia. The assessment shows the fragile state of this socio-ecological system.
