Modeling and optimal-trajectory control of the series resonant converter pulsewidth-modulated or current-controlled for low switching loss

Abstract: Modeling for the series resonant converter ( S W pulsewidth-modulated or current-controlled for low switching loss is developed in discrete time domain. Also an optimal trajectory-control which can provide the fastest response for the converter is proposed, and modeled in combination with the converter. Based on the . developed modeling, root locus technique is employed to analyze the stability and dynamic characteristics of the controlled converter.
