Modeling of leptospirosis outbreaks in relation to hydroclimatic variables in the northeast of Argentina

Abstract: The transmission of leptospirosis is conditioned by climatic variables. In northeastern Argentina leptospirosis outbreaks occur mainly in coincidence with periods of abundant precipitation and high hydrometric level.
