Abstract: This paper presents the results of the theoretical study of the process of low-temperature plasma-assisted reforming of ethanol into molecular hydrogen in the electric discharge in a gas channel with liquid wall (DGCLW) in the regime where the discharge is ignited by the breakdown with the air injection between tubular electrodes and then it burns in the ethanol-water mixture self-sustainingly without air supply.
