Modeling of the High Frequency Plasma Reactive Synthesis of Titanium Dioxide Nanoparticles

Abstract: High purity spherical nano-powder materials can be synthesized using high-frequency plasma chemical vapor deposition (HF-PCVD) by electrodeless discharge.
