The organization of the energy efficiency of the technological management of agricultural enterprises in the conditions of realizing the security potential is significantly updated in the period of war, shortage of investments, and energy raw materials and resources. The purpose of the study was to study the energy efficiency of the technological management of agricultural enterprises in the conditions of realizing the safety potential. It is substantiated that the objective assessment of the energy efficiency of the technological management of agricultural enterprises in the conditions of realizing the safety potential should be carried out taking into account the following principles: ensuring the comparability of the analyzed and planned energy efficiency indicators based on the use of the necessary set of its characteristics; identification of the impact on energy efficiency indicators of factors that change its value but do not affect the level of use of energy carriers. This principle is implemented based on fundamental energy efficiency analysis; the purpose of energy efficiency assessment determines the choice of the comparison base. Such a base can be a normative or average statistical level of advanced countries. The progressivity of the comparison base plays a specific vital role in improving energy saving; the reliability of the information based on which energy efficiency indicators are calculated; determination of the deviation of the analyzed planned energy efficiency indicators and comparison of these deviations with the requirements of the criterion. At the same time, the indicator's value and the direction and pace of its change are considered using the calculated dynamics of the arrow or the starting level. It is proved that the problem of optimization of energy consumption can be solved based on determining the energy efficiency of the technological management of agricultural enterprises in the conditions of realizing the safety potential, which has a subordinate value about economic efficiency. In inflation conditions, the natural method of determining energy efficiency becomes quite relevant thanks to objectivity. The article considers the issues of psychological aspects of product promotion in the system of advertising management under the competitive conditions of the knowledge economy. Based on the research, it was proposed to organize the model of sensory or emotional reaction, which leads to the controlled advertising management. The purpose of the study was to examine the psychological aspects of product promotion in the system of advertising management under the competitive conditions of the knowledge economy. It is shown that first, modern advertising tries to create conditions for the buyer's conscious and deliberate perception of an advertising appeal, and therefore for automatic purchase, ensuring not a one-time, but a permanent purchase process. Thus, advertising is the only element of marketing management, which starts with an effort to understand the consumer, his requests, and needs. Because of that, advertising research is conducted in many areas: product analysis, market research, analysis of possible mass media and communication media. However, the basis of the foundations is the study of consumer characteristics, the study of possible motives for their behavior. Therefore, the study of psychological aspects of product promotion in the advertising management system under the competitive conditions of the knowledge economy is relevant. The article considers issues of psychological aspects. It has been proven that in the system of advertising management under the competitive conditions of the knowledge economy, models of sensory or emotional reaction usually use one or more of the following four principles: generation of feelings of cordiality, excitement, fear, fun by advertising; generating a sense of satisfaction from the advertising appeal itself; transformation of experience, when new attributes are imperceptibly added to a well-known trademark; the process of developing a conditioned reflex, when feelings, attitudes towards advertising or a transformed user experience are to be associated with a brand. Mental activity can also influence feelings, attitudes towards advertising and the transformation of user experience: the audience can stimulate their feelings by recalling relevant personal experiences; the attitude of a pre-advertising appeal may be influenced by someone's authoritative opinion, or it may be liked precisely because of its informativeness, etc. Keywords: psychological aspects of product promotion, advertising management system, competitive conditions, knowledge economy, marketing.
The issue of state security regulation of developing enterprises in the agro-food sector is open. It requires additional research into patterns and latent problems, particularly in anti-corruption, change, and project management. The research aims to study the state security regulation of the development of agro-food enterprises in the context of anti-corruption, change, and project management. It is substantiated that the forms of state security regulation of the agro-food sector are: determination of priority areas and objects of development, tax regulation of economic activity, regulation of investment activity through the provision of financial assistance, implementation of the appropriate credit and depreciation policy, regulation of privatization processes, regulation of forms and conditions of financial investment, examination of investment projects in the process of state investment programs. Therefore, regulating the agro-food sector's development should be considered an economic component of the adapted activities of agro-food enterprises to post-war conditions. State security regulation of the development of agro-food enterprises about the means of food self-sufficiency can be defined as the process of creating conditions for the optimal formation and placement of production capacities of the agro-food sector in the structure of the national economy to organize a sustainable supply of food resources, or as the activity of state and regional authorities to the development of state policy food supply, definition and practical application of the mechanisms of its implementation. It has been proven that it is necessary to consider the appropriate restrictions to avoid situations of counterproductive actions to ensure the development of agro-food enterprises as an element of the system of state security regulation. Awareness of the system and the principles of interaction of the system components between themselves and the environment is mandatory for successful changes, particularly in combating corruption. Therefore, limitations can also be considered a source of improvement and growth projects.
