“…Thus, developing an approach to evaluate the relative importance of a performance criterion deserves further strives. Since the global and local search capabilities of PSO heavily affect its optimization performance and convergence speed, developing more advanced updating strategies by mixing PSO with some other approaches such as Faster RCNN ( Jiang, et al., 2021 ) or rumor diffusion process ( Chen et al, 2022 ) to enhance such two abilities of PSO could be the second significant issue in the near future to further improve and optimize the performance and the computation time of the upper level optimizer.
