Modeling Selective Elimination of Quiescent Cancer Cells from Bone Marrow

Abstract: Patients with many types of malignancy commonly harbor quiescent disseminated tumor cells in bone marrow. These cells frequently resist chemotherapy and may persist for years before proliferating as recurrent metastases.
