Abstract:The paper presents the results of measurements and calculations of the SEPIC converter characteristics, taking into account thermal phenomena in semiconductor devices and passive elements. Compact electrothermal models of the MOSFET transistor, diode, capacitor, and inductor are proposed. Parasitic phenomena are also included in these models.
