Modellieren des Verzahnens mit Scheibenwerkzeugen

Abstract: Kurzfassung Dieser Artikel ist dem Verzahnen mit profilunabhängigen Werkzeugen, wie z. B. dreiseitigen Scheibenfräsern, gewidmet. Das Verzahnverfahren ist sehr flexibel und eignet sich besonders gut für die Einzel- und Kleinserienfertigung. Jedoch findet es zurzeit wegen der nicht optimalen Realisierung seiner bekannten kinematischen Schemata und der unzulänglichen oder fehlenden Information über seine Prozesscharakteristiken kaum in der Industrie Verwendung.
