Al/PP/Al laminated sheets have shown promising properties for different applications from aeronautics to construction. In this paper, an easy and fast springback prediction of Al3105/polypropylene/Al3105 sandwich sheets in air bending process is presented. An analytical formulation for springback prediction is developed based on a wrap around assumption and primary bending theories. Numerical simulation and experiments were carried out for verifications for the effect of punch radius, die opening, and punch stroke on springback. Results show that with an increase in either punch stroke, punch radius or die opening, springback increases. Die opening was found to be the most influential parameter.
