Modelling Entropy in Magnetized Flow of Eyring–Powell Nanofluid through Nonlinear Stretching Surface with Chemical Reaction: A Finite Element Method Approach

Abstract: The present paper explores the two-dimensional (2D) incompressible mixed-convection flow of magneto-hydrodynamic Eyring–Powell nanofluid through a nonlinear stretching surface in the occurrence of a chemical reaction, entropy generation, and Bejan number effects. The main focus is on the quantity of energy that is lost during any irreversible process of entropy generation. The system of entropy generation was examined with energy efficiency. The set of higher-order non-linear partial differential equations are… Show more

“…Numerical studies on the flow of non-Newtonian fluids across stretching surfaces with the impact of MHD were undertaken by Ijaz Khan et al [ 42 ] and Bharatkumar Manvi et al [ 43 ]. Various authors [ [44] , [45] , [46] , [47] ] numerically investigated Eyring-Powell fluid flow over different geometries, including MHD, thermal radiation, and mixed boundary conditions. Some researchers [ [48] , [49] , [50] , [51] ] theoretically examined non-Newtonian nanofluid flow over various geometries with the effects of MHD.…”

“…Maraj et al [24] estimated rotational flow and motion of hybrid nanoparticles with Hall currents in a vertical channel using conditions of thermal periodic and velocity slip via closed-form solutions. Saleem et al [25] adopted FEM for statistical solutions, referring to a set of ODEs. Damaged arteries with stenosis have reduced blood flow; the accumulation of plaque within the artery walls, brought on by fats and oils, leads to the development of this stenosis.…”

“…Stochastic fractional ODEs and PDEs have received a lot of attention recently [6][7][8]. Differential equations with non-integer order derivatives have memory properties known as non-local qualities [9][10][11][12].…”
