Moderation of baclofen response by a GABAB receptor polymorphism: results from the BacALD randomized controlled trial

Abstract: The GABBR1 rs29220 polymorphism may influence treatment response and possibly predict adverse effects to baclofen in the treatment of alcohol dependence.
