Internet marketing is used in all walks of life nowadays. It found its way also into recruitment. The article aims to investigate whether recruitment through LinkedIn and Academia is a viable option of recruitment for higher education positions in the Czech Republic. LinkedIn is a general portal for openings, and Academia is specific for higher education professionals, i.e. two different types of sites are covered. It was an associate/full professor opening. The fields were business administration and management because they are fairly broad. The location was Prague, the number of relevant academics should be the largest within the Czech Republic. The experiment yielded zero applicants enrolled because of LinkedIn or Academia. Overall, there were two applicants, they both learned about the opening from members of the department which announced the opening. It seems that for now, such portals are not suitable for attracting higher education professionals in the Czech Republic, while word-of-mouth information may be more efficient.

आधुनिक शिक्षा, शिक्षा का नवीनतम और समसामयिक संस्करण है जो 21वीं सदी के स्कूल और शिक्षण संस्थानों में पढ़ाया जाता है। आधुनिक शिक्षा ना केवल विज्ञान, वाणिज्य, और कला के विषयों पर ध्यान केंद्रित करती है बल्कि इसका उद्देश्य छात्रों में सैद्धांतिक के साथ-साथ व्यवहारिक ज्ञान, महत्वपूर्ण सोच, जीवन कौशल, मूल्य एवं निर्णय शक्ति को बढ़ावा देना भी है।आधुनिक शिक्षा के इस व्यापक लक्ष्य की पूर्ति में तकनीकी शिक्षकों की एक मित्र एवं पथ प्रदर्शक की तरह सहायता करती है। शिक्षार्थियों को शिक्षित करने एवं सीखने की प्रक्रिया को अधिक आकर्षक, रोचक बनाने के लिए शिक्षक विभिन्न प्रकार की नवीनतमत तकनीकी जैसे-मोबाइल ऐप, ऑडियो-वीडियो प्लेटफार्म, ई-बुक्स, ई लाइब्रेरी, ई-कंटेंट आदि का प्रयोग करते है। तकनीकी शैक्षणिक सामग्री ज्ञान (ज्च्।ब्ज्ञ) सिद्धांत तकनीकी एवं शिक्षक के एकीकरण को बड़ी सरलता से व्यक्त करता है। ऑनलाइन एवं डिजिटल शिक्षा ने शिक्षा, शिक्षक एवं शिक्षण के स्वरूप में व्यापक परिवर्तन किए हैं । इसके साथ-साथ ऑनलाइन एवं डिजिटल शिक्षा ने कोविड-19 महामारी के समय में शिक्षा को गति प्रदान करने में शिक्षकों की भरपूर सहायता की है। जहां एक तरफ तकनीकी शिक्षकों के लिए सहायक है वहीं दूसरी तरफ एक चुनौती भी है। पारंपरिक शिक्षण विधियों को छोड़कर तकनीकी नवाचारों को अपनाना शिक्षकों के लिए एक बड़ी चुनौती है, धन, मंच एवं संसाधनों की कमी भी तकनीकी दक्षता को प्राप्त करने एवं उपयोग करने के मार्ग में बड़ी बाधा है। इसके साथ-साथ तकनीकी स्ट्रेस भी शिक्षकों के कार्य को नकारात्मक रूप से प्रभावित कर रहा है। वर्तमान युग में आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस का बहुत अधिक चलन है जो तकनीकी के बढ़ते प्रभाव का ही परिणाम है इस युग में अपनी पहचान एवं अस्तित्व को बनाए रखना शिक्षकों के लिए एक अत्यंत कठिन कार्य है। प्रस्तुत शोधपत्र तकनीकी किस प्रकार से शिक्षकों के लिए मित्र, पथ प्रदर्शक एवं चुनौती के रूप में कार्य करती है, पर प्रकाश डालता है।
