Moderne Therapie der stabilen koronaren Herzkrankheit: Der Stellenwert der koronaren Revaskularisation

Abstract: Zusammenfassung. Kardiovaskuläre Erkrankungen stellen weltweit die häufigste Todesursache dar, wobei die koronare Herzkrankheit die Hauptrolle spielt. Prävention und optimale Therapie von Patienten mit koronarer Herzkrankheit sind daher wichtig. Die Therapie beinhaltet neben Lebensstilveränderungen die Implementierung einer optimalen medikamentösen Therapie und Sekundärprävention, wie auch den gezielten Einsatz der koronaren Revaskularisation zur Symptomlinderung oder Verbesserung der Prognose.
