The construction industry has become more digital and the traditional methods of construction activities are gradually becoming outdated. In this era of digital construction, various information and communication technologies have been developed and deployed to the site for the management and control of construction activities including cost management. Irrespective of the benefits of adopting these technologies, most of them are still not readily accepted for use for construction management. This study articulated Seven (7) recent technologies driving the industry and evaluated their acceptance for cost management of construction projects. The technologies include mobile technology, Augmented/Virtual Reality (AR/VR), Building Information Modeling (BIM), Internet of Things (IoT), Autonomous Equipment (Drones and Robotics), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Predictive Analytics (PA). Data was gathered using a restructured questionnaire and technology acceptance model analysis was performed to identify which of the technologies have higher acceptance for cost management based on the criteria of availability, affordability, frequency of use, usefulness for cost management, and acceptance in the industry. Test statistics using Spearman’s correlations and Kendall’s correlations for each of the technologies and Spearman’s Correlations of Technology acceptance with other variables in the TAM Model were performed. The results showed that mobile technology has higher correlation values than other technologies, and therefore has a higher acceptance for cost management. Kendall’s coefficient of concordance values and Spearman’s correlation values for Mobile technology were all above 0.6 which indicates a high level of agreement among the raters and strong relationships between the compared TAM variables.

Latterly problems of restoration of historic buildings have become especially important. Historical buildings require special attention while preserving their cultural and artistic values, so the three-dimensional digital model of the building can be used preparing their operational or renewal plans. The aim of the presented research is to analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) of preparation the initial data, heritage building 3D model development and parametric object databases creation. The object of the research is the Sapieha Palace built in Baroque style in 1689-1691 in the capital city of Lithuania. Applied research methods and tools -initial data collection by historical drawing analysis, manual measurement, photogrammetry methods, and "As-Built" 3D model creation.The results of the presented case study were analyzed by applying SWOT methodology as well as compared with the similar studies in the scientific literature. The research provides the basis for further construction heritage studies and analysis of possible object conversion issues.

This study centers on the application of digital intelligence technology in project management, takes the geohazard project in Z area as the research object, and evaluates and predicts the grade of the danger of slope disaster and mudslide disaster in this area. The study begins with an in-depth analysis of the integrated fusion of BIM and GIS technologies. The integrated assessment and prediction model of geologic hazards was constructed using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and support vector machine algorithm. The study unfolded the analysis of the hazard class and risk prediction of geohazards. The results showed that most of the hazard classes in slope hazards were assessed as low danger, accounting for 33.33%. Meanwhile, about 70% of the mudslide hazards were assessed to have a low to medium hazard rating. Regarding risk prediction, the prediction accuracy of slope and mudslide hazards reached 89% and 90%, respectively. In addition, the detection rate of all geohazards in the ROC (receiver operating characteristic) curve was above 85%, while the false alarm rate remained between 14% and 22%. This result verifies the accuracy of the model in geohazard risk prediction. The comprehensive assessment and prediction model proposed in this paper will help the risk assessment and prediction of geohazards, provide adequate technical support for managing disaster information, and enhance the science and rationality of disaster prevention and mitigation.
