Modified Intestinal Derotation Procedure with Reversed Kocherization to Facilitate Mesopancreas Excision During Pancreaticoduodenectomy

Abstract: Background Although intestinal derotation procedure has advantages of facilitating mesopancreas excision during pancreaticoduodenectomy, the wide mobilization takes time and risks injuring other organs.
