Modified one nucleon transfer operator in IBA

Abstract

9 We have added a new term to the traditionally used IBA one nucleon transfer operator. The method used for obtaining this new term is the same used for the existing ones. The new term changes seniority in one unit. This new operator has been applied to a simple case yielding promising results.
