Abstract:We present a case of severe esotropia and hypertropia in a monocular high myope with an inferolateral staphyloma. Surgery was undertaken to secure the inferior rectus to the lateral rectus via a modified partial Jensen technique, along with medial rectus recession successfully improving head and eye positions and ductions.
