Abstract:People and animals are constantly exposed to the harmful effects of Ochratoxin A (OTA) induced– toxicity, by food. Despite the numerous scientific developments, the problems about damageable effect remain unsolved. The aim of this report is to evaluate and discuss the high protective and antioxidant properties of some Indian Ayurvedic plants (Curcuma longa, Tinospora Cordifolia and others) against OTA induced toxicity in blood and organs.
