Modulation and evaluation of the charge carrier mobility in a polymer alloy of polythiophene and an insulating matrix with an electron accepting molecule

Abstract: Non-contact measurements with time-resolved microwave conductivity and absorption spectroscopy offer direct access to the charge carrier mobility in conjugated backbones.
