Modulation of CD36‐mediated lipid accumulation and senescence by vitamin E analogs in monocytes and macrophages

Abstract: The CD36/FAT scavenger receptor/fatty acids transporter regulates cellular lipid accumulation important for inflammation, atherosclerosis, lipotoxicity, and initiation of cellular senescence.
