Abstract:The objective for this study was to learn about the drought stress of the rice plant. Using the well-distributed simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers RM327, RM206, RM23, and RM1075 identified different rice genotypes. The groups of 20 rice cultivars that were cultivated under stress conditions were identified using SSR-based clustering analysis.
