Abstract:Introduction. Bacillus from Enterobacteriaceae ESBL (+) including Klebsiella pneumoniae are the most common pathogen of digestive tract. Patients colonized with hospital-acquired infections fall sick on hospital-pneumonia eight times more often than patients with their own bacterial flora.
