Molecular and biochemical characterization of rice developed through conventional integration of nDart1-0 transposon gene

Abstract: Mutations, the genetic variations in genomic sequences, play an important role in molecular biology and biotechnology. During DNA replication or meiosis, one of the mutations is transposons or jumping genes.
