Molecular and biological characterization of an isolate of passiflora virus Y (Potyvirus) naturally infecting soybean (Glycine max) in Brazil

Abstract: Passiflora virus Y was detected infecting soybean (Glycine max) for the first time naturally in Brazil. This research reports the complete genome sequence, molecular and biological properties of PaVY Brazilian isolate.
