Abstract:A patient with Philadelphia (Ph1)-negative, breakpoint cluster region (bcr)-positive chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) is reported. Pulsed-field gel electrophoretic analysis demonstrated the comigration of both ABL and BCR sequences on the same BssHII and SacII fragment.
