Abstract: The ATP-binding cassette subfamily G member 2 (ABCG2) serves crucial roles in secreting riboflavin and biotin vitamins into the milk of cattle, mice, and humans, as well as in the transportation of xenotoxic and cytostatic drugs across the plasma membrane.
