Abstract:The biosorbing ability of actinomycetes from the marine sediments of South Indian Coastal region, Chennai, Tamilnadu, India was examined and identified as Streptomyces albogriseolous NGP 2 (JX843531) by 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis.
