Molecular characterization of drug´s nanocarriers based on plasmon-enhanced spectroscopy: Fluorescence (SEF) and Raman (SERS)

Abstract: RESUMEN:Se presentan algunos resultados de la aplicación conjunta de las espectroscopías SERS (SurfaceEnhanced Raman Scattering) y SEF (Surface Enhanced Fluorescence) a la caracterización molecular de sistemas nanoportadores de los fármacos emodina, indometacina y ketorolaco, basados en el empleo de coloide de plata acuoso.
