Molecular Design of a Porphyrin Dimer with Features of P-Type and N-Type Heterojunctions by Chiral l-Glutamic Acid Induced Action

Abstract: The structural features of chiral porphyrin dimers (CPDs) were studied by using UV−vis, 1 H NMR, and XPS. These data illustrated that the intramolecular hydrogen bridge was formed, and the amidogen as the bridge of the intramolecular electron transfer promotes electron−hole separations in CPDs.
