Abstract:Tyzzer’s disease, caused by Clostridium piliforme (C. piliforme), occurs in many species of mammals mainly in rodents, rabbits and foals is an acute, epizootic bacterial disease that can result in mortality. In our study, C. piliforme was investigated in feces samples from mice and rats in a laboratory experimental animals center by PCR technique.
