Abstract:Nail–patella Syndrome (NPS) is a pleiotropic disorder affecting development of the limbs, kidneys, eyes and central nervous system, which is the result of heterozygous, loss‐of‐function mutations in the transcription factor, LIM‐homeobox 1β (LMX1B).
