Abstract:Sarcocystis is an obligatory intracellular protozoan parasite which can infect humans and animals. This study was aimed to identify the macroscopic and microscopic cysts of Sarcocystis in sheep by using PCR. One hundred random samples taken from sheep at abattoir.
