Abstract:Effects of sodium nitroprusside (SNP; nitric oxide donor) treatment on the enhancement of secondary metabolites production, oxidative stress mediators (O 2 -. ) accumulation and antioxidant defense enzymes of Ginkgo biloba callus culture was investigated.
