Abstract:Pseudomonas aeruginosa (P. aeruginosa) is a main clinical opportunistic pathogen that causes of morbidity and mortality among burn patients. therefore this study aimed to detection of RND-type efflux pump genes among P. aeruginosa isolates in Najaf City, using PCR technique.
