Molecular Simulation Investigation of Prolyl Oligopeptidase from Pyrobaculum Calidifontis and In Silico Docking With Substrates and Inhibitors

Abstract: most of the peptidase are incapable to hydrolyze the peptide bond or the undergo cleavage at proline [4][5]. POP is present in most of the organisms of all three domains of life.
