Molecular Simulations of the Dynamics of Disordered Proteins

Abstract: regions in cis to ordered domains. Using atomistic simulations and fluorescence studies we characterize the conformational properties of several archetypes of intrinsically disordered sequences in the presence and absence of cis-acting ordered domains.
