“…Nevertheless, the basic trends (if not of course the actual numbers) are quite general, and the insight resulting from studies such as this one should prove useful in the quest of a molecular-based understanding of the properties of supercritical systems. Among the interesting supercritical problems that have received comparatively little theoretical attention to date, and which can be tackled with integral equations, we mention the study of ternary systems [including both two-solute and solute-cosolvent mixtures; see Cochran et al, (1990) for a formulation], the study of systems with specific interactions, and the investigation of more realistic (molecular) systems.…”
