Abstract:Hybrid metasurfaces incorporated by active materials hold great promise for state‐of‐the‐art terahertz functional devices. However, it is still a major challenge to achieve ultrafast, dynamic, and multifunctional effective control of THz waves via hybrid metasurfaces.
