Розглянута з одного боку змінна систе-ма електропостачання, а з другого -неста-більна система електроспоживання. В рів-новагу системи можуть привести лише процеси, що в них протікають під дією взає-мозв'язаних зовнішніх і внутрішніх чинників. Використані мережі Петрі та теорія графів. Встановлено, що на початку формуються основні чинники, які визначають ефектив-ність електропостачальних систем, далі за допомогою орграфу будується модель проце-сів та виконується оптимізація. Отримані результати оптимізації важливі при проек-туванні та експлуатації електроенергетич-них мереж, сприяють зменшенню енергетич-них втрат Ключові слова: електроенергетичні мере-жі, електропостачальні системи, ефек-тивність, електроспоживання, електропо-стачання, чинники енергетичного процесу, моделювання, орграф Рассмотрена с одной стороны перемен-ная система электроснабжения, а с другой -нестабильная система электроснабжения. В равновесие системы могут привести лишь процессы, в них протекающие под действием взаимосвязанных внешних и внутренних фак-торов. Использованы сети Петри и теория графов. Установлено, что вначале формиру-ются основные факторы, которые опреде-ляют эффективность систем электроснаб-жения, далее с помощью орграфа строится модель процессов и выполняется оптимиза-ция. During the operation of power grids, abnormal modes occur that lead to a decrease or increase in the grid voltage beyond permissible values, the appearance of high-frequency noise components and grid signal fading’s, which fading’s the power quality and can lead to the failure of electrical equipment. This requires constant monitoring of power quality indicators. The methods of measuring power quality indicators have been examined and analyzed in the article, their advantages and limitations have been considered, and the inefficiency of using the Fourier transform for estimating of power quality indicators in time domain has been justified. The application of Hilbert transform has been suggested for monitoring the indicators of power quality in general-purpose grids, which include measuring the duration and magnitude of voltage dips, the duration of voltage fading, localization and determination of the duration of high-frequency noise interference in the power grid, determination of phase shift during voltage dip. A simulation of the process of determining the indicators of power quality in time domain and the time intervals during which these indicators exceed the established limits has been performed, which confirmed the effectiveness of using the Hilbert transform in the systems of their monitoring. The work is devoted to the development of software for forecasting the quality of electricity in an automated system for diagnosing the quality of electricity consumers using cloud technologies. The existing domestic and foreign methods for monitoring the quality of electricity using the technology of synchronized vector measurements are analyzed. The structural scheme of the technology of diagnostics of electricity quality as a new direction at the junction of sciences – information technologies and energy is developed. Based on the experimental data of electricity quality indicators obtained from the synchrophasor, an array of data (dataset) was formed for further processing. Two statistical methods were chosen to study the data and forecast the indicators of electricity quality – the nearest neighbors and ridge regression. With the help of standard Phyton programming language libraries, reading and primary data processing, plotting, statistical processing and implementation of forecasting models were performed. The analysis of the obtained forecast graphs is performed and it is concluded that according to the normalized data the accuracy of the Ridge regression model is higher by 10-15%. The WEB-interface of the system for interactive interaction and visualization of indicators with the output of tables and graphs for analysis, graphical representation and display of the results of diagnostics of electricity quality is designed and developed.
