Abstract: Aim. Identify risk factors for the development of osteodestructive syndrome. To determine the relationship between the types of secreted monoclonal immunoglobulin (paraprotein) and the severity of osteodestructive syndrome in patients with paraproteinemic hemoblastoses (PH) and Waldenström’s macroglobulinemia (WM).Materials and methods.
