Monocyte-derived DC maturation strategies and related pathways: a transcriptional view

Abstract: Ex vivo production of highly-stimulator mature Dendritic Cells (DCs) for cellular therapy has been used to treat different pathological conditions with the aim of inducing a specific immune response.
