Monte Carlo calculation of the energy response characteristics of a RadFET radiation detector

Abstract: Transistor (MOSFET, RadFET) is frequently used as a sensor of ionizing radiation in nuclear-medicine, diagnostic-radiology, radiotherapy quality-assurance and in the nuclear and space industries.
