Abstract:Novel therapeutic strategy in radionuclide therapy use cell-penetrating monoclonal antibodies to carry Auger-emitting radionuclides into the cells. Estimation of dose in normal and tumor cells are important to investigate the efficacy and toxicity of treatment.
