Monte Carlo Simulation for the Design of Industrial Gamma-ray Transmission Tomography

Abstract: The Monte Carlo simulation and experiment were carried out for a large-scale industrial gamma ray tomographic scanning geometry. The geometry of the tomographic system has a moving source with 16 stationary detectors. This geometry is advantageous for the diagnosis of a large-scale industrial plant.
