Monte Carlo Simulation of Kinetic Phenomena in Solids Using OpenACC Parallel Computing Technology

Abstract: The development of a software package using the OpenACC parallel computing technology for Monte Carlo simulation of the kinetic coefficients of homogeneous semiconductor materials is presented.
