Monte Carlo Simulation of Multifocal Stochastic Scanning System

Abstract: Multifocal multiphoton microscopy (MMM) has greatly improved the utilization of excitation light and imaging speed due to parallel multiphoton excitation of the samples and simultaneous detection of the signals, which allows it to perform three-dimensional fast°uorescence imaging.
